Frameworks Project Task

Overview

What you'll be doing

Applying project management frameworks to organize the project timeline into Sprints and visualize it with a Kanban board.
Using Trello a commonly used Kanban project management tool.

Project Task

For this project you will need the completed timeline from the previous task and a Trello account.

You’ll get the chance to structure your tasks that you’ve put in the timeline, into Sprints, which is a concept used in Agile/Scrum, and therefore Scrumban framework.

You will be creating “buckets” or lists of Sprints on your Trello, and start addingrespective tasks into each one of these sprints.

Project Task

How to know which task goes into which Sprint?

This is when you’ll need your timeline and observing how you’ve scheduled before taking into account all dependencies. We’ve attached the sample answer (completed timeline) from the previous module, if you need to take a look at it again.

Challenge (Optional)

Some of the other departments just submitted new tasks would benefit from being planned on your Sprints. However, they come with their own dependencies. For bonus points, assign these tasks to each sprint without ruining the flow.
