Skills you've learned and put into practice
- Project Management Basics. Gaining foundational understanding of how project management is used to "get things done" by companies and organizations of all industries and sizes.
- Frameworks. Learning about the use of frameworks which make project management a lot easier by providing key principles, techniques and tools. With the key of identifying which is the right one for your team.
- Tools. Alongside frameworks there are a wide range of tools that will make your life as a project manager a lot easier. Experience using a basic, but commonly used one through Trello.
Learning these skills is quite an accomplishment and we encourage you to think about what you can build with the newly gained knowledge on project management in your classroom, workplace or everyday life.
